Q: Where do I meet the Unholy Toledo Tour Bus?
A: All tours depart from the Glass City Cafe (1107 Jackson Street at the corner of Jackson and 11th) at 10:00 am on the third Saturday of each month. The Unholy Toledo Tour Bus will pick you up in front of the Jackson Street entrance to the Cafe.
Q: Are reservations necessary for the tour?
A: Reservations are required. Tours often sell out ahead of time. Book online here!
Q: How do I make reservations for the tour?
A: Reservations can be made online by clicking here. We accept all major credit cards.
Q: Do I need a ticket? How are reservations confirmed?
A: We do issue tickets. Tickets must be purchased online. We will email you tickets after you order them online.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? Refund? Exchanges?
A: All sales are final after your credit card has been processed. We do not offer refunds, adjustments, or exchanges for another tour time. All tours depart at the scheduled time.
Q: How early should I arrive?
A: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the tour time. All tours depart at the scheduled tour time. We recommend you get to the Glass City Cafe early and enjoy their breakfast!
Q: How long is the tour?
A: Our tour is 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.
Q: Where can I park?
A: There are several surface parking lots around the Glass City Cafe. Free street parking is available on weekends.
Q: Can you store my luggage?
A: Our Unholy Toledo Tour Bus does not have any storage space but you can check your luggage at the Glass City Cafe. Anything on your lap must not interfere with the aisle or the guest sitting next to you.
Q: What is the youngest age recommended for the tour?
A: This tour is recommended for people age 18 years or older. We do not have a children’s price.
Q: Is your tour bus wheel chair accessible?
A: Unfortunately, the Unholy Toledo Tour Bus is not wheelchair accessible.
Q: Do we get off the Unholy Toledo Tour Bus?
A: No. Our guests will remain seated for the duration of the tour.

A: Our guides are Toledo History Museum volunteers. To show your support, donate to the museaum HERE!
Q: Is the tour bus heated? Air conditioned? Covered?
A: Are you kidding? Our super-luxurious Unholy Toledo Tour Bus is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. The bus is covered, has a great sound system with flat screen TVs and has comfortable seating.
Q: Is the tour presented in any other language?
A: The Unholy Toledo Tour is given in English only.

A: We have a number of souvenirs and books for sales at the Glass City Cafe and the Toledo History Museum.
Q: Are food or beverages allowed on the Unholy Toledo Tour Bus?
A: We do not allow coolers, alcohol or food on the Unholy Toledo Tour Bus. Beverages with a lid are welcome.
